Bill Title: Amends the Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act in the Illinois Municipal Code. In the definition of "redevelopment project costs", includes a fire protection district's increased costs attributable to the redevelopment project area. Sets forth a method of calculating amounts to be paid to the fire protection district. Effective immediately.
