Bill Title: Amends the Invest in Kids Act. Provides that the Invest in Kids credit applies on a permanent basis. Removes a limitation that the credit may not be taken for any qualified contribution for which the taxpayer claims a federal income tax deduction. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
