Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the Prisoner Review Board, with the cooperation of and in coordination with the Department of Corrections and the Department of Central Management Services, shall develop and implement a standardized petition that can be utilized by an individual seeking a pardon, commutation, or reprieve. Provides that the Prisoner Review Board, with the cooperation of and in coordination with, the Department of Corrections and the Department of Central Management Services, shall develop, implement, and maintain an electronic portal system that allows an individual seeking a pardon, commutation, or reprieve to file his or her petition electronically.
