Bill Title: Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Provides that employers have the right to select medical providers. Authorizes employers to establish a network of providers and require employees to select providers from the network. Eliminates the employee's ability to secure his or her own provider at the employer's expense. Repeals provisions concerning the establishment and operation of preferred provider programs.
