Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. For the purposes of issuing license plates indicating that the holder is a retired member of the General Assembly, provides that "retired member" means any individual who was elected to serve as a member of the General Assembly, served as a member of the General Assembly for at least one full term, and has retired.
