Bill Title: Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department is authorized to create a Regional Economic Revitalization Competition Program for the purpose of making competitive grants for the economic development regions of the State in need of community and economic revitalization.
