Bill Title: Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that the corporate authorities of a county may provide by ordinance that alcoholic liquor may be sold or delivered in any specifically designated building belonging to or under the control of the county or in any building located on land under the control of the county provided that the county complies with all applicable local ordinances in any incorporated area of the county. Makes technical changes. Effective immediately.
