Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning on January 1, 2022, meals and food products for human consumption furnished or served to low-income elderly persons at or below cost by a nonprofit organization or governmental agency under a program funded by this State or the United States are exempt from taxation under the Acts. Provides that the exemption is exempt from the Acts' automatic sunset provisions. Effective immediately.
