Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that treatment for a hoarding disorder as defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5), shall be covered under the medical assistance program for persons who are otherwise eligible for medical assistance.
