Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Authorizes the Illinois Emergency Management Agency to assess reasonable fees for attendance at Agency-sponsored conferences and trainings to enable the Agency to carry out the requirements of the Act. Requires moneys generated from these fees to be deposited in the Emergency Planning and Training Fund and used by the Agency, subject to appropriation, to effectuate planning and training activities. Effective immediately.
