Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that if the court imposes a sentence of imprisonment in excess of 90 days, then it may not also impose a sentence of periodic imprisonment (rather than the court shall not impose a sentence of periodic imprisonment if it imposes a sentence of imprisonment upon the defendant in excess of 90 days). Effective immediately.
