Bill Title: Amends the Downstate Police and Downstate Firefighter Articles of the Illinois Pension Code. Adds 2 additional members to the board of trustees of each pension fund, to be appointed within 60 days by the mayor or president of the board of trustees of the municipality or other employing entity. Effective immediately.
