Bill Title: Amends the Public Community College Act. With regard to the members of a board of trustees of a community college district, provides that if a vacancy in the board occurs, the secretary of the board must publish the vacancy through at least one public notice for a minimum of 30 days before the remaining board members meet to fill the vacancy, at which time the board must accept applications for the position. Effective immediately.
