Bill Title: Amends the Higher Education Student Assistance Act. Provides that beginning January 1, 2024 and each year thereafter, the Illinois Student Assistance Commission shall receive and consider applications for grant assistance for those intending or already in a psychiatric residency program. Sets forth requirements to receive a grant. Provides for rulemaking. Effective immediately.
