Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In provisions governing qualifications for the issuance of a school bus driver permit, adds a provision that if an applicant's driver's license has been suspended within the 3 years immediately prior to the date of application for the sole reason of failure to pay child support, that suspension shall not bar the applicant from receiving a school bus driver permit.
