Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, for a period of 10 years beginning on the effective date of the amendatory Act, new flexible fuel vehicles, as defined in provisions of the Alternate Fuels Act, new hybrid vehicles, and new electric vehicles are exempt from taxation under the Acts. Effective July 1, 2010.
