Bill Title: Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act. In a provision requiring a covered vehicle service provider to document and report specified information when the covered vehicle service provider treats an actual or suspected opioid overdose, defines "covered vehicle service provider" as a licensed vehicle service provider (instead of a licensed vehicle service provider that is a municipality with a population of 1,000,000 or greater).
