Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. In provisions concerning automated speed enforcement systems in safety zones, provides that such provisions apply to home rule municipalities with over 35,000 or more inhabitants in a county with a population of 3,000,000 or more. Effective immediately.
