Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code, the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Health Maintenance Organization Act, the Limited Health Service Organization Act, and the Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to provide that accident and health insurance policies and managed care plans must provide coverage for telemedicine services. Provides that the required coverage for telemedicine services shall be subject to the same deductible, coinsurance, and copayment as if the telemedicine services were provided through face-to-face interactions between patients and their providers.
