Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that no township road district may continue in existence if the roads forming a part of the district do not exceed a total of 100 miles (rather than 4 miles) in length. Provides that upon reduction of a township road system to a total mileage of 100 miles (rather than 4 miles) or less, the township road district shall be abolished by operation of law. Effective immediately.
