Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act. Provides that the provisions of the Act or any collective bargaining agreement negotiated between a public employer and the exclusive representative of peace officers thereunder shall not take precedence over any conflicting State or local law regarding peace officers. Makes conforming changes.
