Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. In provisions concerning care coordination, provides that the Department of Healthcare and Family Services may not impose and a provider shall not be required to pay any assessment, tax or fee, the proceeds of which will fund any authorized coordinated care program.
