Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that when a municipality annexes unincorporated areas, the corporate authorities shall also provide notice of any known costs that may be incurred by residents and businesses of the unincorporated property because of the annexation to which they would otherwise not be subject.
