Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Exempts the procurement of leases of property of less than 10,000 square feet with rent of less than $100,000 per year from the required use of the request for information method of procurement (now, procurement is exempt if the lease is of property of less than 10,000 square feet or for rent of less than $100,000 per year). Effective immediately.
