Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows the Secretary of State to issue special registration plates designated as Knox College plates. Provides that the original issuance fee, in addition to the applicable registration fee, shall be $40 and the renewal fee, in addition to the regular renewal fee, shall be $27.
