Bill Title: Proposes to amend the Revenue Article of the Illinois Constitution. Provides that no less than 10% of the net revenue realized from the State income tax imposed on individuals, trusts, estates, and corporations shall be directly deposited or transferred each month into the Local Government Distributive Fund or such other successor fund as the General Assembly shall provide by law for the benefit of municipalities and counties of the State. Effective upon being declared adopted.
