AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Underground Utility Facilities
Damage Prevention Act is amended by changing Section 1 as
follows:
(220 ILCS 50/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1601)
Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
Illinois Underground Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Act,
and for the purposes of participating in the State of Illinois
Joint Purchasing Program, the State-Wide One-Call Notice
System, commonly referred to as "JULIE, Inc.", shall be
considered as created by this Act.
