Bill Title: Amends the State Commemorative Dates Act. Provides that the month of April of each year is designated as Sarcoidosis Awareness Month, to be observed throughout the State as a month to promote the awareness of Sarcoidosis disease and treatment.

| 1 | AN ACT concerning government.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | adding Section 183 as follows:

| 6 | (5 ILCS 490/183 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 183. Sarcoidosis Awareness Month. The month of April | ||||||
| 8 | of each year is designated as Sarcoidosis Awareness Month, to | ||||||
| 9 | be observed throughout the State as a month to promote the | ||||||
| 10 | awareness of Sarcoidosis disease and treatment.
