AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Title Insurance Act is amended by changing
Section 1 as follows:
(215 ILCS 155/1) (from Ch. 73, par. 1401)
Sec. 1. This Act may be cited as the the Title Insurance
Act.
