| 1 | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | Section 5. The Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act is | ||||||
| 5 | amended by changing Section 90 as follows:

| 6 | (20 ILCS 3901/90)
| ||||||
| 7 | (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010) | ||||||
| 8 | Sec. 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2015 | ||||||
| 9 | 2010.
