Bill Title: Amends the Chicago Park District Act. Provides that the Chicago Park District may not prohibit licensed medical personnel from using appropriate medical equipment, including needles, to administer vaccinations as part of a health related program or fair held on property owned or leased by the Chicago Park District. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning local government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Chicago Park District Act is amended by
adding Section 26.10-12 as follows:
(70 ILCS 1505/26.10-12 new)
Sec. 26.10-12. Vaccinations administered on Chicago Park
District property. The Chicago Park District may not prohibit
licensed medical personnel from using appropriate medical
equipment, including needles, to administer vaccinations as
part of a health related program or fair held on property owned
or leased by the Chicago Park District, provided that all
permit requirements, policies, and procedures of the Chicago
Park District are complied with in full as determined by the
Chicago Park District.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
