Bill Title: Amends the Park District Code. Provides that a park district may levy taxes for corporate purposes or recreational programs to a total rate that does not exceed the total of the rates authorized under the Act for those purposes. Provides that a tax increase for corporate purposes or recreational programs may not exceed the extension limitation set forth in the Property Tax Code. Effective immediately.

| 5 | park district to exceed the limiting rate that the park | ||||||
| 6 | district is subject to"; and

| 7 | by replacing line 26 on page 5 through line 1 on page 6 with the | ||||||
| 8 | following: "maintaining recreation programs cause the park | ||||||
| 9 | district to exceed the limiting rate that the park district is | ||||||
| 10 | subject to under Section".
