AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Division of Banking Act is amended by
changing Section 0.6 as follows:

Sec. 0.6. Continuation and redesignation of Office. The
The office of the Commissioner of Banks and Trust Companies
that was created under Section 2.1 of the Illinois Banking Act
is hereby continued and redesignated as the Office of Banks
and Real Estate.
