1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987 is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 95/2) (from Ch. 111, par. 4602)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
8 Sec. 2. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as
9 the "Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987".
