1 AN ACT concerning safety.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois is
5 amended by changing Section 25 as follows:
6 (425 ILCS 30/25) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 125)
7 Sec. 25. Whoever fails to comply with or violates any of
8 the the provisions of the Act shall be guilty of a petty
9 offense, and whoever, after receiving written notice from the
10 Office, or its authorized representative, directing compliance
11 with specified provisions of the Act fails to comply with the
12 provisions of the Act specified in said notice, shall be guilty
13 of a Class A misdemeanor.
