Bill Title: Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002. Removes provisions exempting certain types of valuations from being considered appraisals under the Act. Effective immediately.

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2720
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2720, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 1, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
"provision of this Act, and the following types of valuations
are not appraisals and may not be represented to be appraisals,
and a"; and
on page 2, by replacing line 10 with the following:
"Illinois Department of Transportation and co-signed, with
a license number affixed, by"; and
on page 2, line 24, by replacing "1989." with "1989. In
addition to his or her signature, the county engineer shall
affix his or her license number to the valuation.".
