Amends the University of Illinois Hospital Act and Hospital Licensing Act. Provides that no hospital may maintain a list of individuals that may not be admitted for treatment at the hospital.

1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The University of Illinois Hospital Act is
5amended by adding Section 6.5 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 330/6.5 new)
7 Sec. 6.5. List of individuals that may not be admitted for
8treatment prohibited. The University of Illinois Hospital may
9not maintain a list of individuals that may not be admitted for
10treatment at the University of Illinois Hospital.
11 Section 10. The Hospital Licensing Act is amended by adding
12Section 9.7 as follows:
13 (210 ILCS 85/9.7 new)
14 Sec. 9.7. List of individuals that may not be admitted for
15treatment prohibited. No hospital may maintain a list of
16individuals that may not be admitted for treatment at the
17hospital.
