Amends the Illinois Parentage Act of 1984. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the parent and child relationship.

AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Parentage Act of 1984 is amended by
changing Section 2 as follows:
(750 ILCS 45/2) (from Ch. 40, par. 2502)
Sec. 2. Parent and Child Relationship Defined. As used in
this Act, "parent and and child relationship" means the legal
relationship existing between a child and his natural or
adoptive parents incident to which the law confers or imposes
rights, privileges, duties, and obligations. It includes the
mother and child relationship and the father and child
relationship.
