AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3042
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3042 by replacing
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:
4 "Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is
5amended by changing Section 204 as follows:
6 (720 ILCS 570/204) (from Ch. 56 1/2, par. 1204)
7 Sec. 204. (a) The controlled substances listed in this
8Section are included in Schedule I.
