1 AN ACT concerning business.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business
5Practices Act is amended by changing Section 11 as follows:
6 (815 ILCS 505/11) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 271)
7 Sec. 11. If any provision of this Act or the the
8application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
9invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
10applications of the Act which can be given effect without the
11invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions
12of this Act are severable.
