1 | AN ACT concerning veterans.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

3 | represented in the General Assembly:

4 | Section 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs Act is | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
5 | amended by adding Section 2.11 as follows:

6 | (20 ILCS 2805/2.11 new) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
7 | Sec. 2.11. Advertising for employees at veterans medical | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
8 | facilities. The Department may spend up to $30,000 per fiscal | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
9 | year for the purpose of advertising seeking employees to fill | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
10 | open positions at veterans medical facilities.

11 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
