Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Extends the repeal date of the Act from December 31, 2019 to December 31, 2029. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning State government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act is
amended by changing Section 19.6 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2019)
Sec. 19.6. Repeal. This Act is repealed on December 31,
2029 2019.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
