Amends the Design-Build Procurement Act. Extends the repeal of the Act from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2027. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Design-Build Procurement Act is amended by
changing Section 90 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2022)
Sec. 90. Repealer. This Act is repealed on July 1, 2027
2022.
