Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Creates the offense of unlawful use of a three-dimensional printer to create a firearm. Provides that a person commits the offense when he or she uses a three-dimensional printer to create a firearm, or any piece or part of a firearm, unless the person possesses a license to manufacture firearms under the federal Gun Control Act of 1968. Provides that a violation is a Class A misdemeanor.

AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4754
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4754 on page 1, line
317, by inserting after "923(a))" the following:
4", or the person is actually engaged in the business of
5manufacturing and selling any piece or part of a firearm to a
6person who possesses a license to manufacture firearms under
7subsection (a) of Section 923 of the federal Gun Control Act of
81968 (18 U.S.C. 923(a)), but only with respect to the
9activities which are within the lawful scope of that business".
