| 1 | AN ACT concerning employment.
| ||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Personnel Record Review Act is amended by | ||||||
| 5 | changing Section 11 as follows:
| ||||||
| 6 | (820 ILCS 40/11) (from Ch. 48, par. 2011)
| ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 11.
This Act shall not be construed to diminish a | ||||||
| 8 | right of access
to records already otherwise provided by law, | ||||||
| 9 | provided that disclosure of performance evaluations under the | ||||||
| 10 | Freedom of Information Act shall be prohibited.
| ||||||
