6 | WHEREAS, LTC Sanchez is the commander of the 6th Battalion | ||||||
7 | and Chicago Military Entrance Processing Station and supports | ||||||
8 | the USMEPCOM mission of evaluating applicants by applying | ||||||
9 | Department of Defense standards in processing and determining | ||||||
10 | eligibility for military service; and

11 | WHEREAS, LTC Sanchez enlisted in the United States Army at | ||||||
12 | Phoenix MEPS and received her commission through Officer | ||||||
13 | Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, LTC Sanchez has served as photo and layout | ||||||
15 | specialist with the 4th Psychological Operations Group | ||||||
16 | (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, squad leader with | ||||||
