2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Gayle | ||||||
4 | Anne Thielke of Antioch, who passed away on April 25, 2023; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Gayle Anne Thielke was born to Frank and Eleanor | ||||||
6 | (Connelly) Fuss in Chicago on January 29, 1942; she was raised | ||||||
7 | in the Antioch area, where she was an active member of the | ||||||
8 | community; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Gayle Thielke volunteered her time generously to | ||||||
10 | the community; she loved quilting and was an active | ||||||
11 | participant in her quilting club, and she was also an active | ||||||
12 | parishioner at the St. Raphael the Archangel Catholic Church | ||||||
13 | in Antioch; and

14 | WHEREAS, Gayle Thielke was preceded in death by her | ||||||
15 | parents and her second husband, Harry Thielke; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, At the time of her passing, Gayle Thielke was | ||||||
17 | survived by her sons, Thomas and Christopher; her | ||||||
18 | granddaughters, Amanda and Savannah; her first husband, | ||||||
19 | Richard Payonk; her sister, Pat (Jim) Massie; and extended | ||||||
20 | family and friends; therefore, be it
