2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of Joseph A. | ||||||
4 | Middona, who passed away on October 23, 2015; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was born in Melrose Park on March | ||||||
6 | 21, 1977 to Leonard "Len" and Linda Middona; he married Miranda | ||||||
7 | at St. Partrick's Church in 2008; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Joseph Middona began his career in plumbing in | ||||||
9 | 1999, when he joined the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 501 | ||||||
10 | (now Chicago Journeymen Plumbers' Local Union 130, U.A.; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was an avid Chicago Cubs and Bears | ||||||
12 | fan and enjoyed beach vacations with his family; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Joseph Middona was preceded in death by his | ||||||
14 | grandparents, Frances and Leonard and Frieda (nee Merendino) | ||||||
15 | and William Muller; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Joseph Middona is survived by his wife, Miranda; | ||||||
17 | their 3 children, Gianni, Gabriele, and Vincenzo; his parents, | ||||||
18 | Len and Linda Middona; his brother and sister-in-law, Anthony | ||||||
19 | and LeeAnne Middona, and their children, Ethan, Evan, Nathan, | ||||||
20 | Aaron, and Aidan; his mother and father-in-law, Donna and Roger |

2 | Ronzheimer; and countless family and friends; therefore, be it

3 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
4 | NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | ||||||
5 | mourn the passing of Joseph A. Middona, and extend our sincere | ||||||
6 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
7 | him; and be it further
