AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Illinois Pesticide Act is amended by adding
Section 13.6 as follows:
(415 ILCS 60/13.6 new)
Sec. 13.6. Seeds treated with a pesticide; ethanol.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no person shall
produce ethanol using seeds that have been treated with a
pesticide.
