AN ACT concerning civil law.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Residential Tenants' Right to Repair Act is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(765 ILCS 742/1)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Residential Tenants' Right to Repair Act.
